Warden Farms
“Warden Hill” is a place in an extremely attractive part of Northamptonshire between Banbury and Daventry, and is the centre for our business. “Warden Farms” is the name of the family farming partnership under which we trade.
Farming
Our main business is arable farming on our home farm of about seven hundred and fifty acres with a contract farming business covering a further one thousand acres.
Arts Centre and B&B
Redundant farm buildings have been tastefully developed into three elegant Bed & Breakfast units and an Arts & Crafts centre which trade as “Cool Contours”.
Property to Let
We have restored a pair of Victorian semi-detached cottages and carried out an elegant barn conversion. These properties are available for residential letting.
